All prints are made and packed with great care and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Damaged Print
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged during shipping:
A clear video recording of the parcel being opened must be taken from the beginning of the unboxing.
The video must clearly show the sealed package and the damage to the print.
The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once the claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged print.
Please note:
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Replacement will be processed only for damaged items, not for any other reasons.
